摘    要:通过建立地面燃油洗涤模拟实验台,采用正交实验等手段来有效地减少实际实验次数,在此基础上,对燃油洗涤引射器展开了较为系统的理论分析与实验研究.结果表明,燃油洗涤引射器的面积比m、长径比L/D、喷嘴工作压力p是影响充氮性能的重要因素,但重要性主次有其相对性;得到一系列经验公式和优化值,且对按这些经验公式和优化值设计加工的燃油洗涤引射器进行了实验验证,结果证实其既能喷出足够小的微细气泡,以提高燃油洗涤效率,又满足油箱上部气层空间氧体积分数要求.

Abstract:The experimental and theoretical analysis was implemented on the basis of fuel scrubbing orthogonal tests for reducing experiment times.Results show that the nitrogen-filling performance of the scrubbing ejector is influenced by important factors of area ratio m,lenth to diameter ratio L/D,and nozzle pressure p.But their significance is relative.A series of experience formulae and good values is found out.The scrubbing ejector designed and manufactured on these formulae and values not only ejects very small nitrogen-enriched microbubbles to improve scrubbing efficiency,but also satisfies the oxygen concentration of ullage throughout.
