基于控制论的信息系统自主可控能力分析

摘    要:利用现代控制理论分析试验信息系统自主可控能力是一种可行的技术思路。具体方法是:在梳理系统自主可控能力约束条件的基础之上,以一种时变线性系统来定义试验信息系统,同时遵循控制系统的表述方法,将构建试验信息系统的各子系统自主可控能力的组合定义为状态向量,将各子系统自主能力和软硬件设备可控能力的组合定义为控制向量,把系统的完全自主可控状态确立为最终的期望目标,并用数学表现形式表示为相应泛函数,这样就可以利用二次线性最优控制问题方法求解自主可控分量的一般形式,这个结果就是试验信息系统自主可控能力最优的条件。

Abstract:It is a feasible technical approach to use modern cybernetics theory to analyze the independent controllability of experiment information systems.An information system is defined as a type of time-varying linear system following study of the constraints of independent controllability of the system.Employing the representation methods of cybernetics,the combination of independent controllability of all subsystems of an experiment information system is defined as situation vectors,and the combination of independence of all subsystems and controllability of hardware and software is defined as control vectors.The total independent controllability of the system is established as the ultimate anticipated objective and is mathematically expressed as a pan function.As a result,the general forms of independent controllability components can be solved through quadratic linear optimal control method,and the product is the optimal condition for the independent controllability of the experiment information system.
