基于小波熵理论的多性能参数产品可靠性评估方法研究

摘    要:针对多性能参数复杂电子产品可靠性评估存在过程复杂、计算量大、建模困难、针对性和适用性较差的问题,提出了基于小波熵的复杂电子产品可靠性评估方法,将能量熵用于处理电子产品各监测时刻的信号,将其作为随机退化量建立了多性能参数电子产品的可靠性评估模型,给出了具体建模步骤和流程.最后以具体实例,验证了方法的有效性.

Abstract:In view of complex electronic product reliability evaluation requirement with multi-performance degradation parameters, this paper proposes the reliability evaluation method based on wavelet entropy. Energy entropy is applied to calculate monitoring data of electronic product at each monitoring time, the reliability evaluation model is found using the calculation. Based on these, the detailed modeling steps and process are given. An example of applying this method is provided to vertify its effectiveness.
