摘    要:文章主要描述了“天宫一号”目标飞行器研制过程中与检漏相关的内容,包括检漏项目、检漏方法和检漏结果等。重点介绍了氦质谱吸枪检漏、压力变化检漏和氦质谱非真空累积检漏及多种气体分析等多种检漏方法及其适用范围。“天宫一号”的检漏数据验证了应用以上检漏方法可行且有效。

Abstract:This paper reviews the leak testing in the development of the experimental module of the Tiangong-Ⅰ target spacecraft,including the leak testing items,the leak testing methods and the leak testing results.Stresses are put on the following three methods,namely,the helium mass spectrum with sniffer,the pressure leak testing,and the helium mass spectrum with cumulation in a non-vacuum container.The leak testing results of Tiangong-I’s experimental module validate the feasibility and the effectiveness of each method applied in different leak detection items.
