层合板孔内轴销的应力和位移分析

摘    要:随着科学技术的发展,在航空与航天结构中,复合材料层合板得到愈来愈广泛的应用。在层合板与层合板之间,以及层合板与金属构件之间,广泛采用螺接、铆接等连接形式(图1)。在外载荷作用下,孔与螺栓或铆钉等轴销类零件互相挤压。与一般金属板件不同,由于层合板为各向异性板,挤压应力沿孔边或轴销表面一般不再按余弦规律分布。为了分析层合板的孔边应力,许多作者对此问题进行了广泛的研究。但是,由于问题的复杂性,多数作者将轴销视为刚体,少数作者虽然将其视为弹性体,但将轴销的受力则简化如图2所示,即由作用在轴销中心的集中力平衡挤压力。显然,上

Abstract:The analysis of stresses around a pin-loaded hole in composite laminate is a important problem. For solving this problem a new model is presented in this paper and, by using the theory of elasti city, the analytical formulae for calculating the stresses and displacements of the pin have been established. Finally, the formulae presented here ar e applied to some particular pins and the results of calculation are compared with those o-btained by FEM. It is found that the agreement between them is quite well.
