| 摘 要： | 本文通过对商业秘密性质和特性的阐述，剖析了我国与保护商业秘密有关的法律规定。从不同层面对商业秘密保护的法律体系进行探讨和分析。并对商业秘密法律保护的发展提出了几点建议。
