摘    要:复合材料格栅结构是由连续纤维缠绕的斜向及环向肋和蒙皮组成的结构.基于Mindlin一阶剪切变形理论下的层合板和层合梁单元,模拟格栅结构的蒙皮和肋骨,通过空间坐标变换和利用蒙皮和肋骨的几何连续条件,获得了复合材料格栅结构的单元切线刚度阵,并给出了复合材料格栅结构的屈曲有限元数值模拟方法.通过对设计状态的复合材料格栅结构的计算分析,并与实际轴压试验结果比对,,证明该计算方法可行,能够满足结构屈曲特性分析的要求.

Abstract:Composite grid is made up of continuous fiber wound oblique and hoop ribs and the skins.Based on laminated plate and beam element of Mindlin first-order shear deformation theory,the ribs and the skins of the composite grid were simulated.Through space coordinate transformation and geometric continuous condition,the element tangent stiffness matrix for the composite grid structure was obtained.Bucking finite element numerical simulation method for the composite grid structure was given.The composite grid structure under design state was calculated and analyzed,and the results were compared with actual axis pressure test results.It is proven that the method is feasible and can meet the requirements of structure bucking characteristics analysis.
