车刀破损时刀杆振动信号特征的研究

摘    要: 实验发现,车刀破损时低频率范围内时域信号的变化总是很明显,而宽频率范围内时域信号的变化则不一定明显。本文提出用低频率范围内时域信号的变化来监测车刀破损,经验证,可在20ms内检测出刀具的破损。

Abstract:It has been found from experiments that during turning tool breakage, the variation of the vibration signal in time domain in lower frequency range is remarkable, however, in wider frequency range it is not so significant.In this paper, a method to monitor turning tool breakage by the use of the variation of the time domain signal in lower frequency range is proposed. It is verified that the turning tool breakage can be detected within 20 milliseconds by this method.
