摘    要:在碳纤维/铜复合材料中加入少量锡,一方面能提高复合材料的抗磨性;另一方面能显著地降低复合温度。因碳纤维的表面性能和结构的特殊性,锡与铜的原子结构的差异对碳/钢复合材料中锡原子的迁移和分布有较大影响。锡在碳纤维附近的含量不同,与铜形成的合金具有不同的相组织,特别是当碳纤维/基体界面区的含锡量高达一定值时,产生以

Abstract:The distribution of tin in carbon fiber reinforced copper-5% tin composite was analyzed quantitatively. It has been found that the distribution of tin along the radial direction of the fiber section is heterogeneous, the nearer to the fiber surface, the higher the concentration of tin appears.This phenomenon is due to the stronger affinity of the carbon fiber surface with tin than with copper. The limiting concentration of tin on the interface of C/Cu-Sn can be determined by Langmuir formula for homothermal adsorption. The effect of heterogeneous distribution of tin on the properties of the composite is discussed as well.
