摘    要:介绍了树脂传递模塑工艺过程及特点。在达西定律的基础上建立了树脂流动过程控制方程。通过各向异性介质系统与各向同性介质系统之间的变换关系 ,提出了一种测量二维各向异性增强纤维渗透率的新方法 ,并结合实验数据及树脂、纤维特性对二维正交各向异性纤维渗透率进行了计算 ,计算结果与已知数据吻合良好

Abstract:This paper introduces the processes and characterizations of the resin transfer molding briefly. The governing equations of resin flow are presented on the base of Darcy's law. By the transformation of the anisotropic system and its equivalent isotropic system, a novel method is proposed for measuring the in-plane permeabilities of the anisotropic fibre preform. The in-plane perme abilities of the orthotropic fabric media are calculated from fluid and fibre properties together with data from the mold filling experiment, and good agreement is found between the results and the quoted datas.
