传导发射测量不确定度评定的验证

摘    要:为了保证测量不确定度评定结果有足够的可信度,必须对评定的测量不确定度进行验证。概述了采用蒙特卡洛模拟法验证传导发射测量不确定度的方法,介绍了通过埃奇沃思级数估计测量结果概率分布的过程和应用蒙特卡洛方法解决实际问题的基本步骤,最后结合某试验室的实例给出了验证结果,证明在大部分频点上其根据GUM评定的传导发射测量不确定度是可信的。

Abstract:The effective verification of evaluated uncertainty is necessary to ensure the confidence of the uncertainty results.Simply describes the process of the verification of the conducted emission meas- urement uncertainty using Monte Carlo Method.Introduces how to express the distribution function of the measuring data with Edgeworth expansion and to apply the Monte Carlo Method to solve actual problems. Lastly,the paper gives an real example,which shows that the uncertainty evaluation of conducted emis- sion measurement according to GUM is credible at most frequencies.
