电学量子计量技术的进展与趋势

摘    要:介绍了电学计量在直流电压、直流电阻量子化溯源的新进展,在交流电压、交流电阻量子化溯源的新突破,以及电学量子三角形闭合互证的新方法,并对电学量子计量技术在质量单位定义和普朗克常数测定中发挥的作用进行了描述。

Abstract:Recent progress of DC voltage and Quantum hall resistance of electrical metrology are introduced. The AC voltage and AC Quantum hall resistance have some breakthrough, which are discussed here. Moreover, electrical quantum triangle relation and its verification are present in this paper. Finally, the using in mass unit definition and Plank constant measurement of electrical metrology technique is also introduced here.
