填料吸湿对衬层界面粘接性能的影响

摘    要:研究了FS,SiO2(沉淀法),TiO2三种填料和预固化衬层的吸湿对层界面粘接性能的影响。研究表明PS,SiO2是易吸湿性填9料,TiO2基本上不吸湿,衬层配方中添加易吸湿性填料会增加预固化衬层的吸湿量,降低衬层界面粘接性能。

Abstract:The effect of moisture absorptivity of three kinds of fillers, i.e. FS, SiO 2 (recipitation method) and TiO 2, and pre cured liner bonding property were investigated. The results show that FS and SiO 2 easily absorb moisture under atmosphere environment, TiO 2 hardly does.The liner formulation containing the easily moisture absorptive filler can increase the moisture absorption content of pre cured liner and decrease the liner interface bond property.
