| 摘 要： | 文章结合文件生命周期理论分析了电子文件管理系统的实现基础、功能、基本模块以及与企业其他系统的集成,指出电子文件管理必须以电子文件生命周期理论为依据,遵循电子文件的管理原则,电子文件管理系统的核心是电子文件库,系统必须预留与其他系统的接口.最后强调电子文件管理工作是企业整个业务流程的一部分,电子文件管理系统应视作组织整个系统的一个子系统.

| Abstract: | On the base of theory of the lifecycle of file, the paper analyses the function, module and integration of the electronic file management system. The paper presents that electronic file management should be based on the theory of the lifecycle of file.The core of the system is electronic file database, and the interface to other systems must be predesigned. At last the paper emphasizes that the electronic file management is one of the ingredients of the whole enterprise's activities, and the electronic file management system is the one of subsystems of the whole system. |
