| 摘 要： | 阐述了起落架扭力臂变行程疲劳试验的必要性,提出了扭力臂变行程疲劳试验的实施方法,设计了加载装置。通过某型飞机起落架扭力臂变行程疲劳试验的实施,使外场故障再现,证明了该试验实施方法合理可行。

| Abstract: | This paper describes a method of fatique test of the twisting force arm of landing gear and discusses the necessity of variable stroke test of landing gear. It takes into account the effects of variable stroke test of landing gear on the crack growth. This paper provides the information for determining the service life and the overhaul periods with high reliability of structure of landing gear. The result of the test indicates that the fatique crack situation and its propagation rate are in accordance with the field-failure data. |
