高温合金拉削残余应力及其机理研究

摘    要:本文探讨了高温合金拉削残余应力产生的机理。分析了工件材料,拉削速度、齿升量、前角对拉削表面残余应力的影响。试验结果表明,沿拉削速度方向的表面残余应力为拉应力。最大残余应力在表面层下。

Abstract:This article discusses the mechanism of residual stress by broaching high - temperature alloys. The effect of work materials and broaching rate, feed, tool rake angle on broaching stress of workpiece surface are analyzed. The research shows that residual stresses in the direction of breaching rate are tensile at the surface. The magnitude of maximum residual stress is beneath the surface.
