飞机起落架机器人焊接工艺研究

摘    要:针对飞机起落架组件的制造,研究了全自动弧焊机器人在飞机起落架组件上的焊接工艺,主要从3个方面进行了试验研究:首先采用板料对接试验摸索出较为合理的规范参数;其次按照摸索出的焊接规范参数进行零件模拟件的焊接;再次对接头进行了拉伸和冲击韧性试验,并对接头组织进行了金相分析,最后得出试验工艺过程满足起落架组件焊接工艺的要求,并生产出合格的起落架组件。

Study of Welding Undercarriage With Arc Welding Robot
Abstract:About manufacturing of undercarriage, welding undercarriage with arc welding robot is studied. Three methods in the test studying mainly includ: firstly, with sheet docking experiments to explore a more reasonable specification parameter; secondly, in accordance with the former welding parameters to weld the parts simulate; lastly, about the welded joints carrying out tensile and impact toughness tests and metallographic analysis.The conclusion is that the test process meets the welding process of undercarriage components and producing undercarriage components eligibly.
