摘    要:为了准确评价空中交通态势的复杂程度,进行有效的空中交通管理,提出了一种空中交通复杂度评估方法。在已有的理论研究成果及实际运行经验的基础上,归纳了定义明确、可定量分析的基础空中交通指标集,使用灰色关联聚类方法对指标集进行聚类分析,利用信息熵理论对聚类指标求解权重,加权求和获得空中交通复杂度。方法弥补了目前使用单一维度指标描述空中交通运行态势的弊端,能更好地体现空中交通复杂度。

Abstract:Accurate evaluation of air traffic operation situation is the precondition of effective air traffic management, so the research proposes a new method for evaluating the complexity of air traffic operation situation. Firstly, according to present research and practical operating experience, we pick out some spe- cific metrics which have unambiguous definitions and can apply to quantitative analysis to build an struc- tured metric set, then conduct a cluster analysis of the metric system by using grey clustering method, and calculate the weight values of each cluster based on the information entropy theory, finally use weighted summation method to obtain the air traffic operation situation complexity of the airspace. This method makes up for the current use of a single dimension can better show the air traffic complexity. indexes describing the air traffic operation situation,
