CPL系统温度波动现象分析

摘    要:即使在稳态运行时,两相流体回路系统也经常会发生压力振荡现象。压力振荡会影响系统内部工质的运动,从而使系统各个部位的温度也随之波动。引起压力振荡的原因比较复杂,其中除了两相系统固有的不稳定特性外,由于它们对温度边界条件变化非常敏感,边界温度周期性波动同样会引起系统发生压力振荡。建立了一个毛细抽吸两相流体回路(CPL)实验台,通过实验观察了系统的温度波动现象,同时分析了引起系统发生温度波动的部分重要因素。分析结果表明,贮液器的控温偏差是引起CPL系统产生周期性温度波动的一个重要原因;蒸发器发生失效后,两相流体自身的不稳定性总会引起系统产生温度波动现象。

Abstract:Pressure Oscillation often occurs in two-phase system even if it operates in steady state. Movement of working fluid is affected by pressure oscillation which results in temperature fluctuation of the system. It is complicated to find the elements which cause pressure oscillation. Besides its own characteristics, periodic change of boundary conditions is another element leading to pressure oscillation of the system due to its sensitivity to boundary conditions. A experimental plat is set up. Not only are temperature oscillations observed, but also some element perhaps causing the phenomena is analyzed in this paper. It is demonstrated that temperature control error of reservoir is one of elements which result in temperature oscillation of CPL and instability of twophase fluid can always lead to temperature oscillation when evaporator deprimes.
