一种鸟撞击叶片的切割模型

摘    要:对鸟撞击风扇/压气机叶片进行响应分析,首先必须确定鸟体撞击叶片时的切割模型。本文提出了一种更接近于鸟形状的椭球体模拟鸟撞击叶片的切割模型,给出了计算最大切片尺寸和质量的表达式。计算了3种不同质量的椭球体模拟鸟撞击叶片时的最大切片的尺寸和质量,并与圆柱体模拟鸟撞击叶片切割模型的计算结果进行了比较。

Abstract:Accidents of bird impact are a type of accidents happend in aviation. The serious failures of the engine such as damage or shut down may be brought on, when the birds impact the first stage fan or compressor blades. To analyze the response of the first stage fan or compressor blades impacted by birds, a sliced model for bird impacting blades must be firstly determined. A sliced model for a bird simulated by ellipsoid impacting blades is presented. The formula for calculating dimensions and masses of the largest slice are given. The dimensions and the masses of the largest slice for ellipsoidal simulated birds of three different masses are computed and compared with those of cylinder-simulated birds.
