| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯改革的教训说明仅仅有推进改革的决心和勇气是不够的，还必须把握好事关成败的改革方向和道路的选择问题。通过分析近年关于国企产权改革的大辩论，指出新自由主义产权理论倡导的大规模私有化，不是推动先进生产力发展的“与时俱进”的规范改革，而是已被各国长期实践证明了阻碍生产力发展的“返古复辟”，只顾改革而不问方向乃是“大是大非”问题，很可能导致国企改革道路偏离社会主义的大方向，无法实现党中央制定的建立社会主义市场经济的改革目标。倘若中国受新自由主义误导效仿众多经济转轨国家推行大规模国企私有化，就很可能步其后尘落入巨大社会灾难的陷阱。

| Abstract: | The failure of Russian economic reform shows the importance of choice of reform road.Courage of carrying out economic reform is not sufficient to guanrantee reform' success,could even lead to disaster if people choose a wrong reform road.This paper discuss the influence of neo-liberalism over China's economic reform,reveal its danger of misleading people's thinking and derail China's reform from its successful socialist road. |
