摘 要: | The world civil aviation industry experienced great difficulties in 2001. At the beginning of new century, the world economy was under the dark shadow of slowing growth. By the end of the August 2001, the world air transport industry had recorded a loss of US$three billion with an overall downturn in every economic index of civil aviation.
