高速风洞洞壁干扰减小与修正研究

摘    要:亚跨声速风洞试验的洞壁干扰问题是影响风洞试验结果准确度的一个重要因素。南京航空学院 NH-1高速风洞首先使用了两种可变开闭比风洞壁来减小洞壁干扰,然后发展了一系列用壁压信息法对剩余洞壁干扰效应进行修正的方法。对国内外大量高速风洞实验数据进行了洞壁干扰修正,将降修正结果和 NASA 的非线性修正法结果、自修正风洞(近似无洞壁干扰)实验结果及无洞壁干扰的 N-S 方程计算结果进行了比较。结果表明,本文的修正方法结果正确,而计算量远远小于非线性修正方法的计算量。

Abstract:The wall interference in subsonic and transonic wind tunnel tests is an important factor for the accuracy of test results.The tunnel NH-1at Nanjing Aeronautical Institute uses two kinds of variable open-arearatio ventilated walls to reduce the wall interference effects.Then a seriesof procedures and computer programs were developed.They use measuredwall pressure data to assess or correct the residual wall interference effects.The procedures are used for many test data sets from various high speedwind tunnels in China and abroad,the corrected results are compared withresults of NASA nonlinear correcting codes,results of self-streamliningwind tunnels and the Navier-Stokes free-air solutions.The comparisonshows that the results of present procedures are correct and their required compung work load is much less than nonlinear codes.
