液压导管用不锈钢板材振动损伤研究

摘    要:以导管用不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti板材为研究对象,对其在悬臂约束、一阶固有频率下的振动特性进行了研究。给出了1Cr18Ni9Ti板材的S-N曲线,材料的振动疲劳极限为218MPa。裂纹源位于试样表面,断口有疲劳纹存在,是典型的疲劳破坏。

Abstract:In this paper,the vibration properties of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate used in hydraulic pipes are studied at cantilevered restraint and the first grade natural frequency.The S-N curve of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate has been got,the fatigue limit is 218 MPa.The crack initiates at the surface of specimen,the beach marks are found on the fracture surfaces which shows the fracture is a typical fatigue failure.
