矩形薄膜和充气管的屈曲及后屈曲行为分析

摘    要: 对矩形薄膜及充气管的屈曲及后屈曲过程进行了分析。首先基于矩形薄膜褶皱区域的应力平衡关系,得到了矩形剪切薄膜褶皱的波长及幅度的表达式,并考虑了微小的初始张力的作用。基于稳定性理论建立了薄膜褶皱的数值分析方法,通过实验的方法对分析结果进行了验证。分析表明矩形剪切薄膜的屈曲过程是分枝点平衡问题。对于充气管的分析是基于张力场理论建立了其扭转临界扭矩的表达式,并与数值分析的结果进行了对比分析,分析表明充气管的屈曲过程是极值点平衡问题。通过对比分析,两种结构形式的分析结果与数值分析的结果基本符合。建立的分析方法能够有效地进行薄膜结构的屈曲及后屈曲过程的分析。

Abstract:This article analyzes the buckling and post-buckling behaviors of the rectangle membrane and inflatable tube.First,based on the stress equilibrium relation of the rectangle membrane's wrinkling region and taking into consideration the action of tiny initial tension,the expression of the rectangle shear membrane's wavelength and amplitude are obtained.Based on the theory of stability,a numerical analysis method of the membrane wrinkle is established,and the results are certified by experiments.The analysis indicates that the buckling problem of a rectangle membrane is in essence a balance problem of branching points.For the analysis of the torsion of inflatable tubes,an expression of critical torque based on tension field theory is established.A comparison with the numerical analysis results demonstrates that the process of the buckling of an inflatable tube is a balance problem of extreme points.Via comparison,the analysis results of the two structures match well with the results of numeral analysis.The method established in this article can be used effectively to perform buckling and post-buckling analysis of membrane structures.
