摘    要:对无掺混孔三级旋流器燃烧室进行了不同进口空气速度和油气比下的热态试验研究,研究结果表明:随着进口空气速度的增加,点火油气比从0.0115增大到0.0174,贫油熄火油气比大多在0.005以下且变化不大;同一油气比下,进口空气速度越低,燃烧效率越高;各工况下的燃烧效率均在0.895以上,大状态点的出口温度分布系数均在0.1左右;综合考虑各燃烧性能,试验结果验证了对于高油气比燃烧室而言取消掺混孔的可行性和所提出的几个技术创新的可行性.

Abstract:Experiments were conducted to study the combustion performance of a triple swirler combustor with no dilution holes at different inlet airflow velocities and fuel-air ratios. The results show that the ignition fuel-air ratio increases from 0.0115 to 0.0174 with the growing inlet airflow velocity, while the lean blowout fuel-air ratio varies little and most of these values are below 0.005; at the same fuel-air ratio, the slower inlet airflow velocity means the higher combustion efficiency; the combustion efficiency is above 0.895 at all experimental conditions, and the outlet temperature distribution factor is about 0.1 at the state of high fuel-air ratio; in full consideration of all combustion performance, the experiment results have proved the feasibility of canceling dilution holes for high fuel-air ratio combustors and several technology innovations mentioned here in.
