航空发动机研究与发展管理程序研究

本文阐述了国内外航空发动机研究与发展过程阶段分类的演变，分析了国内有关部门制定的“研究与发展”阶段分类和分类定义的异同及实施状况。为了实现更有效的管理，经分析研究，阐述了对当前我国现阶段分类中几个重要概念问题的看法，并提出了统一阶段分类、修改分类定义（包含每阶段的研究目标、内容及其验收标准等）和实施“六分法”的建议。
