叶轮式辅助心脏泵装置优化设计

摘    要:叶轮式血液泵LAP-Ⅰ采用了航空叶轮机械中使用的设计思想方法,该装置是针对亚洲患者的临床应用而设计.综合航空叶轮机械技术和医学需求,采用整体转子和悬臂静子结构设计,并对其串列叶栅静子结构做了进一步的优化改进,得到叶轮式血液泵LAP-Ⅱ.计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟结果表明,血泵LAP-Ⅱ的压升性能达到医学需求,泵体内流动状况顺畅.最大比较剪切应力(S)值得到明显降低,流线显示血液通过泵体的最长时间得到减小,抗溶血应用性能得到提高.

Abstract:Design ideas and techniques applied in aeronautical turbomachinery were used to develop the impeller blood pump LAP-Ⅰ,which was designed for clinical use for Asian patients.By combining aeronautical turbomachinery technique with medical need,an integrated rotor and a cantilever stator were applied in the structure design,a further improvement was made in the tandem cascades stator and the impeller blood pump LAP-Ⅱ was obtained.The simulation results of computational fluid dynamics show that,the pressure rise characteristic of blood pump LAP-Ⅱ meets the medical requirement,and the flow status in the pump is fluent.The maximal comparative shear stress (S) value is reduced evidently;and the streamlines show that the longest time required for blood to travel through the pump is decreased,thus the property of anti-hemolytic application is improved.
