丙烷爆震特性的试验

摘    要:为了解丙烷的爆震特性,在60 mm×60 mm×2 000 mm的方爆震管内,分别用空气、纯氧以及它们的混合物作为氧化剂进行了单次爆震性能的试验研究.利用安装在同一截面上的压力传感器与离子探针同时测得缓燃-爆燃转捩(DDT)位置处爆震管内的压力、火焰传播速度和方向.获得了丙烷的起爆性能和DDT特性、压力波与火焰的传播规律.试验结果表明:①在本试验管道内利用空气作为氧化剂无法形成爆震波,而丙烷和纯氧混合物的DDT距离则很短;②在化学恰当比条件下DDT的距离最短,但随着氮气含量的增加DDT距离会增长;③DDT过程中压力波和火焰具有相近的变化趋势.
