摘    要:采用次氯酸氧化和KH550偶联剂对碳纤维表面进行处理,研究了其对提高碳纤维及碳布增强钡酚醛材料力学性能和烧蚀性能的影响,并对氧化处理后碳纤维的表面性能进行了表征。得出,该方法是提高复合材料层间剪切强度和持有效方法,它可 间剪切强度提高了17.5%,线烧蚀率减小58.6%。

Abstract:The effect of fiber treatment by using sodium hypochlorite and KH550 coupling agent on the mechanical and ablative properties of carbon fibers reinforced phenolic resin composite is preliminary investigated,and the surface properties of carbon fiber after oxidazation treatment are characterized.The results show that the treatment makes the interlaminar shear strength of the composite increased 17.5% and the linear ablation rate decreased 58.6%.
