填充聚四氟乙烯无油润滑滑动磨损机理的研究

摘    要:文章研究了填充聚四氟乙烯/铁基金属摩擦副在无油润滑滑动条件下的磨损机理。提出了疲劳为其主要磨损机制,同时伴有不同程度的磨料磨损。研究了聚四氟乙烯/铁基金属摩擦副运转膜的形成和老化过程。研究了填充聚四氟乙烯向金属匹配面的转移模型。根据金属表面对填充聚四氟乙烯每一组分吸附的动态过程分析,提出了摩擦界面氧化物之间的“n-p-n”假说。

Abstract:The wear mechanism of a filled PTFE/Ferrous metal frictional couple was studied and it is indicated that the major wear models are fatigue wear and fatigue with somewhat abrasive wear.The formation and aging processes of the running film during oilless sliding of filled PTFE/ferrous metal frictional couple were investigated.The transfer model of the filled PTFE toward the metal counterface was also studied.From analyzing the adsorption dynamics of the metal surface to each constituent in the filled PTFE,a hypotheses of "n-p-n"structure between oxides on the frictional interface was proposed.
