摘    要:间冷循环技术是大幅提升燃气轮机性能的有效手段。采用图解法分析了间冷热力循环的技术特征,并运用数学推导论证了间冷循环技术可以提高燃气轮机输出功率和热效率的本质。通过搭建数学模型,编制了计算程序,进行了燃气轮机简单循环与间冷循环参数化计算分析,重点进行了总体方案设计中压比分配原则的研究,并结合实际工程案例的参数分析予以佐证。结果表明:在低压和高压压比为0.3左右时,间冷燃气轮机的综合性能最佳。

Thermodynamics Characteristic and Parameterized Analysis of Inter-cooled Cycle

Abstract:The inter-cooled cycle technology is an effective means to improve the performance of gas turbine extensively. The technique characteristic of inter-cooled thermodynamic cycle was analyzed by the graphic method. The essential conclusion that the inter-cooled cycle can increase output power and thermal efficiency of gas turbine was demonstrated by the mathematical deduction. Parameterized calculation analysis on simple cycle and inter-cooled cycle of gas turbine was carried out by establishing the mathematical model and compiling the calculation program. The pressure ratio distribution principle in the overall design scheme was studied emphatically. The principle was demonstrated with parameters analysis in real project cases. The results show that the general performance of inter-cooled gas turbine is the best, when the pressure ratios of low and high pressure are around 0.3.
