航空发动机初始放飞寿命应用研究

摘    要:确定航空发动机设计定型试飞初始寿命时,面临试飞时间要求长于单台发动机定型试车累计时间的矛盾,需要既确保试飞试验载机的安全,又能满足试飞所需求时间。通过分析航空发动机寿命的确定方法,对初始寿命的确定进行深入研究,结合某型涡轴发动机研制实际情况,提出了在完成关键件安全寿命验证的基础上,结合同步开展的设计定型持久试车、首翻期寿命试车和试飞使用信息分析评估等,分阶段给出整机放飞寿命满足试飞寿命需求的寿命策略。该方法已在研制实践中应用,取得了良好效果,有效地解决了上述难题,对其他型号发动机的研制具有有益的借鉴作用。

Research on Application of Aeroengine Initial Flight Life

Abstract:To determine the initial life of finalized flight test for aeroengine, needs to solve the problem that the requirement time of engine test is longer than the accumulated time of a single engine's finalization design test flight. This requires not only need to ensure the safety of the test flight, but also meet the requirements of the engine test. The way of definite aeroengine's life was analyzed, how to confirm the initial life was studied deeply. Combining the actual condition of a type of turboshaft engine, based on the safety life validation of critical components , combined with finalization design test of aeroengine synchronized, the first phase of life test and information analysis and evaluation of test using, we provided a strategy that given whole machine flight life for different stages. The method has been applied in the research and practices, achieved desirable results and solved the above problem effectively. It is also beneficial to the development of other types of aeroengine.
