基于数字化管理系统的装配顺序规划方法

摘    要:航空发动机结构复杂,装配序列规划是实现发动机的数字化装配管理的重要途径之一。采用结构树重构及人机协同规划方式的装配顺序规划方法,能够比较全面地反映发动机各零/组件间的装配关系和消耗数量;针对装配过程中出现约束的特点,采用人机协同规划策略,提高了发动机的装配效率以及装配规划自身的工程实用性。实践证明:该装配顺序规划方法能够满足生产要求,有利于物料合理配置流转,推动了发动机数字化管理系统的实际应用。

Abstract:Considering the complexity of aeroengine structure, assembly sequence planning would be one of the key methods to accomplish digital management of aeroengine. With the assembly sequence planning method of structure tree reconstruction and man-machine coordinated planning, assembly relation between all parts/components and consumed quantity can be generally reflected. Aiming at the characteristics of the restraints during assembly, taking the strategy of man-machine coordinated planning can improve assembly efficiency of aeroengine and engineering practicability of assembly sequence planning itself. Practices show that the kind of assembly sequence planning method can meet the requirement of production. It is conducive to the rational allocation for circulation of material, and promote the practical application of the product data management system of the engine
