涡轮级叶片弦向弯曲与周向弯曲的应用研究

摘    要:通过对涡轮叶片弦向弯曲与周向弯曲各自机理的分析并结合实际的设计经验和数值模拟方法,对涡轮级静叶采用弦向弯曲和周向弯曲所应该各自遵循的设计原则进行了研究,结果表明这两种弯曲规律均可以控制叶栅的二次流动,但控制二次流的机理存在很大的区别。

Abstract:In order to control second flow in cascade, three-dimensional design technique of the blade bowed circumferencially and the blade bowed in its chord-normal direction was successfully applied to the modern turbomachinery design Depending on numerical simulation and experiment,different physical principium between the blade bowed circumferencially and the blade bowed in its chord-normal direction was analyzed.The design rule for two types of bowed blades in turbine stage was summavized It points out that two types of bowed blades can control second flow, but their physical principiums are different
