资源分配的混合式决策支持系统

本文研究静态资源分配问题。首先利用统计报表的硬数据和代表经理人员经验的软数据来建立资源分配问题的数学模型,然后用有约束非线性优化的方法作出最优资源分配的决策。

HYBRID-TYPE DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR RESOURCE ALLOCATION

The static resource allocation problem is studied in this paper. A model for the resource allocation problem is set up on the information provided by hard data and soft data. The hard data is based on the cross-sectional table from clay to day operation and the soft data is based on the experience of managers. Then a nonlinear optimization algorithm with constrains is employed to make an optimal resource allocation decision.An interactive software package is developed for the hybrid-type decision support system which is applied to the airline tickets allocation problem. An optimal tickets allocation decision is made to result in 23% profit increase. This package can be applied to a large group of resource allocation problems.
