| 摘 要： | 通过对民族传统体育的特点进行分析,总结高校开展民族传统体育的现状,阐述制约高校民族传统体育发展的主要因素,并提出提高理论研究、强化健身性、竞技性、科学的选择民族传统体育的项目,加强创新建设高校民族传统体育人才队伍等方面的建议。

| Abstract: | Through analysis on the characteristics of traditional sports ,this article summarizes the develop-ment of traditional ethnic sports in colleges and universities ,briefs major factors restraining traditional physical education development of colleges and universities ,and offers suggestions such as enhancing theo-retical research ,and adding body -building ,competitive and scientific physical programs . |
