| Abstract: | Annual report on talent training quality is an important measure for higher vocational institutes to enhance teaching quality and improving quality guarantee system .Through analyzing the concept of quality report and the significance of releasing annual quality report ,this article suggests several problems deserv-ing attention in drafting annual quality report and brings forth the basic framework of report . |
