纳米铁颗粒磁流变液的制备及性能

摘    要:以直流电弧等离子体法制备的纳米铁颗粒为分散相制备磁流变液。实验表明所制备的颗粒为尺寸分布较为均一的球状颗粒,直径为30nm~50nm,且具有较高的饱和磁化强度。分别以纳米铁颗粒和羰基铁粉为分散相,二甲基硅油为基液制备颗粒含量相同的磁流变液。磁流变性能及沉降稳定性实验结果表明,纳米铁颗粒磁流变液具有显著的磁流变效应,且沉降稳定性优于羰基铁粉磁流变液。
