| 摘 要： | 介绍了大型军工企业产品合同信息的创新管理，即运用创新管理理念，通过园区网，应用数据库和软件开发及网络技术实现了产品合同信息的网络数字化管理，包括合同内容、合同履行情况、付款情况等方面的过程管理，通过网络实现合同信息的快速查询、产品生产的过程监控、合同款管理的办公自动化，提升了企业产品合同管理的精益化管理。

| Abstract: | This introduces the innovative management of product contract information in large war industry enterprise, i.e. application of innovative management concept, area net- work, database, software development and network skill to realize network digital manage- ment of product contract information （ includeing procedure management such as contract content, contract implementation, payment and etc. ） , and usage of network to realize fast query of contract information, procedure surveillance of production, OA of contract item management and to improve innovative management of product contract management. |
