摘    要:发动机从投入使用到返厂大修整体性能衰退是一个连续性过程.研究目的在于建立能精确反映该过程的模型。收集大量CFM56—7B型发动机数据,通过解码、修正、换算得到大量的发动机排气温度裕度数据点.分段拟合并比较得到最优的该型发动机衰退数学模型,并运用另一机队数据验证模型。验证表明模型能较好地反映该型发动机衰退规律,给系统工程师分析该型发动机提供了指导依据,对研究该型发动机的性能衰退过程具有实用和理论指导意义。

Abstract:The engine performance decline process can be regard as a continuous course between installation and removal. This dissertation calculated the converted EGTM data of CFM56-TB from 36 engines fleet. Collecting and decoding enough QAR data of CFM56-7B, modifying the take-off exhaust gas temperatnre(EGT) to sea level, and then taking the general standards of engine performance analysis into consideration, which are using exhaust gas temperature margin(EGTM)as .the indication of an on wing engine declining situation. In order to get declining formula of this fleet, the method of non-line regression is used to disposal EGTM data. According to the validation, declining formula can reflect the performance declining principle of CFM56-7B engine quite well.
