渐开线花键滚轧轮建模及其修正

摘    要:由于渐开线花键滚轧技术具有无切屑、高效率、可改善加工表面金属组织等优点,从而提高了表面质量,延长产品使用寿命,故在汽车拖拉机行业中用滚轧技术代替传统的切削技术已成为发展趋势。渐开线花键滚轧轮的设计是渐开线花键冷滚轧的关键技术。本文通过对渐开线花键滚轧时啮合原理的分析,按照等升距螺旋面的形成理论建立了滚轧轮廓形设计模型。根据该模型制造了滚轧轮,进行了加工花键实验。并利用三坐标测量机对花键廓形进行测量,对测量数据与理想渐开线花键廓形数据进行比较,计算出轧轮廓形的修正量。用廓形修正后的模型制造滚轧轮,重新加工花键,得到了较为理想的花键廓形。

Abstract:The involute spline technology made by the cold rolling can save materials,prolong the life of the cutting tool,increase the production efficiency and the dimensional accuracy,gain the wearing resistance of the teeth side of the spline,improve the metal fiber of the teeth of the spline.The roller design is the key point for the cold rolling technology.This paper analyze the principle of the joggling in the cold rolling process for involute spline manufacturing and establishes the CAD model of the roller based on the principle of equal pitch helicoids.On the basis of these research,the roller is made and machining experiments are carried out.The profile of the involute spline is measured by CMM.The measurement data are compared with the data of the ideal profile and the amendment data are obtained.With the roller model after amendment,the roller is made and proved for manufacturing the accurate outline of the involute spline.
