抗辐照PROM 6617在单片机中的具体应用

摘    要:美国HARRIS公司的程序存储器PROM 6617由于其芯片管脚及功能与EPROM2716完全兼容且又具有耐辐照性能而日渐被航天设计人员所认识和应用。但其内部结构又与2716有所不同,若忽视这一点,只因管脚和功能完全兼容而用2716的典型应用电路设计6617的话,6617肯定无法正常工作。文章详细分析了6617的结构特点及其与2716的区别,并给出了其在80C31单片机中的具体应用电路及其与2716兼容使用的电路。

Abstract:The PROM 6617 is a radiation hardened COMS PROM which is produced by HARRIS Company of USA, it can be functionally equivalent to EPROM 2716, so it has been accepted and been widely used by aerospace designers. But its internal architecture is not as same as EPROM 2716, if ignored the difference between them, and designed the 6617 circuit same as the classic circuit of EPROM 2716 but replaced EPROM 2716 by PROM 6617, 6617 circuit cannot work in good order.The paper analyze the difference between the PROM 6617 and EPROM 2716, and points out the application circuit of PROM 6617 in microcomputer 80C31 and compatible circuit with E-PROM 2716.
