摘    要:基于恒流源对四探针电阻率测试仪测量准确度的重要性,利用闭环反馈控制输出恒流法,采用运放OP07,MOSFETIRF640,模拟开关CD4051BC完成了恒流源的设计,并分析和解决了模拟开关导通电阻对测量带来的影响。该测试仪能根据半导体材料的不同自动给出不同量程的电流,满足了实际工作的需要。

Abstract:Based on importance of the constant current for four probe electrical resistivity measuring rnstrument, using the closed loop feedback control output constant flow law and OP07, MOSFETIRF640, analog switch CD4051BC, design of the constant current power is completed. Influence of the analog switch breakover resistance on measurement are analyzed and solved. According to the semiconducting material, the electric current of different range can be mearused automatically. The needs of practical work are met.
