1553B总线故障注入测试方法研究

摘    要:随着1553B总线在航空航天领域的广泛应用,对其可靠性、测试性的要求日益迫切。而一般的1553B总线测试均是在传统方法上的正向测试,即针对输入的激励测试输出的响应,因此无法覆盖到更多在异常状态下的测试环境。为了增大测试覆盖性,本文将故障注入思想引入到1553B总线测试中,分别对总线物理层、电气层和协议层中典型的测试用例进行故障注入的故障模式和实现方法研究,实验的结果验证了故障注入测试方法可以实现预期的故障目标。

Abstract:With the comprehensive application of 1553B in aviation and aerospace fields,it is much more critical in the requirements of testability and reliability nowadays.In general,the test of 1553B bus is based on traditional methods,which tests the response of output according to the input.Therefore,it is impossible to cover all kinds of the test environments of abnormal situations.In order to extend test coverage,the fault injection theory is applied to the test of 1553B bus,and the research fault mode and implementation methods of fault injection are implemented in typical cases of physical layer,electrical layer and protocol layer separately.The result of experiment shows that the anticipated goals can be achieved by using the method of fault injection.
