摘    要:针对固体火箭发动机CT检测图像因存在算法上的伪影和噪声影响缺陷识别这一问题,提出基于标准固体火箭发动机CT结构图像配比的缺陷自动提取方法。通过缺陷对CT成像影响的理论分析和固体火箭发动机缺陷配比自动提取的仿真和实验验证,得出该方法中配比图像分割最佳阈值为30,以此阈值能有效、准确地提取固体火箭发动机CT图像缺陷。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that arithmetical artifacts and noises of solid rocket motor’ CT image may affect defect extraction,the mothod of defect automatic extraction based on matching of standard solid rocket motor CT image was put forward.Through the theoretical analysis of influence caused by defect during imaging and the verification of both simulation and experiment,it was found that the best threshold for segmentation of matching image of the method is 30.Defects of solid rocket motor CT image can be extracted effectively and accurately using the threshold.
