摘    要:针对在具有宽度一定、长度不限的板材上进行矩形件排样的问题,结合模拟退火算法,设计了一种矩形件分层优化排样算法。该算法以板材宽来分层,层数依据待排零件而定,灵活性强,并且通过算例验证了该算法的有效性和合理性。

Abstract:A rectangular layer packing algorithm based on two - dimensional strip packing was designed. The al-gorithm is hybridized with simulated annealing algorithm to solve rectangular layer packing problem. The strip is divid-ed into layers whose numbers depend on the components to be packed. Example shows that the presented rectangular packing algorithm is effective and reasonable.
