流动性过剩的界定、度量与成因

流动性过剩是全球宏观经济中一个引人注目的现象，其在不同国家，甚至同一个国家在不同的时段都有着不同的表现。比较1965～2007年美国货币总量与名义GDP的比值，可以看到债务与GDP比值迅速增长，说明20世纪80年代后期出现的以杠杆比例放大为标志的金融创新以及金融市场的迅速扩张，是导致美国宏观流动性过剩并进而传染到全球的主要原因之一。从我国货币总量与GDP之比看，我国的流动性过剩不同于美国的宏观流动性过剩，主要表现为银行体系流动性过剩。这说明，我国的流动性过剩与央行长期推行扩张性货币政策有关。由于流动性过剩的成因与表现形式不同，在关联储向市场不断注入流动性时，我国可能还需要持续执行从紧的货币政策。

The Excess Liquidity is in the global macroeconomics a conspicuous phenomenon.However,it too much in different country,even the identical country all has in the different time interval the different performance,but also the people when use this terminology and the analysis flows the correlation phenomenon do not have the unification rule.Thus,give a definition of liquidity becomes the necessity.This article discussed the concept of excess liquidity,the measure standard,and has analyzed the China and America liquidity condition and the correlation origin with this standard.
