| 摘 要： | 介绍了利用安装于三坐标测量机CMM上的激光测头测量自由曲面的立体视觉检测系统。通过测头结构优化设计以及数字图像处理实现了飞机发动机叶片的非接触测量。

| Abstract: | A stereovision inspection system for measuring free-form surface is introduced which consists of coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and a laser probe. Through optimization of the probe structure and digital image processing, this system is used to measure the surface of aircraft engine blade without contact. |
