摘    要: 提出了利用微型计算机和工作区域图对燃料泵进行性能监测与故障诊断的基本原理和方法,并以航空发动机某型柱塞泵为例进行了试验研究,获得了令人满意的结果。对提高燃料泵运行的可靠性和安全性具有一定的工程参考价值。

Abstract:A fundamental principle and a method of performance monitoring and fault diagnosis of the fuel pump, based on the analyses of general faults of the fuel pump, are proposed. They are fulfilled by the microcomputer and operational region diagram of the fuel pump. At the same time, a life prediction method which estimates the service life of the fuel pump by means of the historical data of measured parameters is introduced too. Finally, the satisfactory results are obtained by testing study of the axial piston pump.This system has the functions of automatic monitoring, quick diagnosis, trend analysis and condition prediction. It can effectively increase operational reliability and safety of the fuel pump. It is a useful way to ensure normal operation of the fuel pump.
